  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, typically within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS, typically within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Plush Haven Shop. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to their nature and the difficulty in reselling them once opened, the following items are non-returnable:

Return & Exchange Process

Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for the new item will be covered by us.
