- Plushie Sets
These items are excluded from our return policy due to their nature and the difficulty in reselling them once opened.
Return & Exchange Process

Refund Process

Exchange Process
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for the new item will be covered by us.
